What I’m Doing Now

Building out The Retire Happy Club

This passion project started in 2017 as a way for me to track my debt payoff journey and has now morphed into me helping women achieve financial independence and master their retirement plans.

Health & Wellness

During the pandemic years my health but mental and physically really suffered. Now is the time to regroup and be better than ever. This month I joined a gym/bootcamp.

Rebuilding my savings

Last year I pursued my Masters in the UK and that wiped out my savings! Now it’s time to rebuild. It’s gonna be a tricky (and probably long journey) but I’m determined to build up my income streams in order to speed up the process.

Improving my business/data analysis skills

Things programs I’d like to work on/master:

  • Excel VBA
  • R Programming (I used to be very good with this, but I have not been enjoying it as much lately)
  • Python
  • PostgreSQL

Execution is everything

I am a BIG procrastinator. The truth is, if I’m not excited about it, I will drag it out for as long as possible. The frustrating thing though, is that most of the time I’m pretty good at it, my heart is just not in it anymore (and hasn’t been for a while)

That being said, I ready teh 12-week year back in January. It revolutionised my thinking as it relates to goal setting. Problem is, I have not been successful at implementing the system.
