Impossible List

Years ago I came across the Impossible List, so I finally made my own!

Now I’m not gonna lie, AI helped me come up with the initial list cuz I couldn’t think of anything cool. Some look good others I’m like “hell no” but I’ll leave it as is for now.


Fitness Goals

  1. Walk 10,000 steps daily for a week.
  2. Complete a 5K run.
  3. Try a new fitness class (yoga, Zumba, CrossFit).
  4. Consistently work out 3 times a week for 3 months.
  5. Row 5 kilometers in one session.
  6. Run a 10K race.
  7. Master 10 consecutive push-ups.
  8. Train for and complete a sprint triathlon.
  9. Swim 500 meters without stopping.
  10. Participate in a half marathon.
  11. Deadlift your body weight.
  12. Complete a 30-day fitness challenge.
  13. Cycle 50 kilometers in one ride.
  14. Achieve a pre-pandemic weight.
  15. Train for and complete an Olympic triathlon.

Financial Goals

  1. Save $1,000 for an emergency fund. *currently rebuilding after pursuing my MSc
  2. Track every expense for a full month. I use You Need A Budget (YNAB) to keep track of my money.
  3. Open a US brokerage account. Opened an Interactive Broker account in March 2024.
  4. Cancel unused subscriptions to save money. Netflix is always the first to go lol
  5. Pay an extra $500 toward your car loan.
  6. Save $5,000 for a dream vacation.
  7. Invest in 5 different stocks or ETFs.
  8. Create and stick to a monthly budget for 6 months.
  9. Pay off your car completely.
  10. Generate $500 in side hustle income in a month.
  11. Reach 1,000 organic blog readers.
  12. Automate savings contributions.
  13. Reach $10,000 in savings.
  14. Fully fund a retirement account for one year.
  15. Achieve financial independence (long-term goal).

Relationships

  1. Schedule a weekly call or visit with your dad.
  2. Plan a fun outing with your nephew.
  3. Write a heartfelt thank-you letter to a loved one.
  4. Reconnect with an old friend.
